At 0.17 of video, narrator:  To Hanyu-senshu, what is love? (the theme for 24HrTV this year is ‘Love’.)

Yuzu: “To me, it’s the feeling I have for my hometown. It is because of my hometown that I could work hard up to this point.  To hometown Tohoku, I will always be grateful and I hope to continue participating in various activities in future.”

My summary of another part:

The young girl skater, Akari-san, 14 years old, is from Kumamoto. This April, when the earthquake happened, the first thing she took to evacuate were her skate shoes. She started skating 6 years ago. When asked who she admires and looks up to, she said, “Hanyu-kun.”   This summer, she received a present. She and a few friends from the quake area were gathered together and they got a message from Hanyu-senshu. He invited them to skate with him in a performance.  She said, “Sugoi!”  (meaning “awesome!”)

Suzue-san (lady in rink): We are in Saitama Ice Arena.  Hanyu-san, tonight you will be doing a collaboration with Kumamon and skaters from the disaster-affected areas of Kumamoto; what are your thoughts?

Yuzu: We have put our feelings into this. I hope it can be a chance (or trigger) for people to look ahead, even if it is just a little.

Male host in Budoukan: Hanyu-senshu, you yourself were in a quake 5 years ago. What are your feelings about the Kumamoto earthquake?

Yuzu: Yes, I was in Canada recovering from an injury (when the Kumamoto quake happened) and my heart was in pain. I had a similar experience and so I want to give some strength to them somehow.

Host: There are many children who are working hard for their skating in Kumamoto. What would you like to say to them?

Yuzu: I myself had a period of time when I could not skate this year, as well as that time after the earthquake. But let’s continue to have hope within us.

Another host (Imada-san): I have friends in Kumamoto and the situation there seems really hard. I do hope the people will get some strength/energy (genki) from your skating, Hanyu-kun.

Yuzu (looking a little teary to me):  Yes.

Suzue (in rink): Today, Kumamon will take on the challenge of his 1st ice show. Hanyu-san, you are looking forward to performing together?

Yuzu: Yes I am. He is very good, so please look forward to it.

Suzue: Kumamon, you are alright?

Kumamon gives a thumbs-up. Then he skates a bit and falls, and then looks very sorry, and Yuzu pats and comforts him. ^^
(laughter)
Suzue: He will be alright for the real thing!

Live performance of White Legend by Yuzuru– This programme was the first performance Yuzu did after the Tohoku earthquake of March 2011.

Suzue: You have just finished skating, but can you please say a word to everyone?

Yuzu: There are many things that are really difficult now and it may get even worse but please try hard. Please have hope and continue to do your best!

Segundo  noticias postada por yuzusorbet.tumblr. Yuzuru Hanyu irá participar novamente do 24HrTV; a apresentação deve ocorrer essa semana entre os dias 27 e 28 de agosto.
Enquanto esperamos  vamos rever a entrevista que Yuzuru deu para esse mesmo programa em 2014 após ser campeão olímpico.
O vídeo foi traduzido e legendado, em ingles e chinês, por um grupo de fãs de Yuzuro que quis compartilhar suas palavras com o mundo.

Yuzuru Hanyu - 24H Television Charity Show - Talk Premium

Yuzuru in my opinion is not simply a skater, another artist who feels and plays exceptionally well their programs. To see him skating you are fascinated with its delivery to the proposal submitted by him, Yuzuru becomes the character. It's like every competition and presentation was a play (in this case a monologue) where Yuzuru is the protagonist. Yuzuru is an athlete with an unprecedented empathy (at least for me), it hurts not only the skating rink but also in life helping various humanitarian causes, being respectful to elders and affectionate with children. Anyway Yuzuru is the friend, son, brother, boyfriend who would all like to have. Still I need to say more?!

 Yuzuru em minha opinião não é simplesmente um patinador, mais um artista que sente e interpreta de forma excepcional seus programas. Ao vê-lo patinar você fica fascinada com sua entrega à proposta apresentada por ele, Yuzuru se torna o personagem.  É como se cada competição e apresentação fosse uma peça de teatro (nesse caso um monólogo) onde Yuzuru é o protagonista. Yuzuru  é um atleta com uma empatia nunca vista (pelo menos por mim), ele se doa não só na pista de patinação mas também na vida ajudando várias causas humanitárias, sendo respeitoso  com os mais velhos e carinhoso  com as crianças. Enfim Yuzuru é o amigo, filho, irmão, namorado que todos gostaríamos de ter. Ainda preciso dizer mais?!?

24H Television Charity Show - Jikan TV (2)

 

Vendo todos os vídeos e fotos sobre o 24HTV fico cada vez mais encantada com a postura de Yuzuru Hanyu.
Ele sempre sabe o que fazer o que falar e como se comportar.
Yuzuru é assim, maduro, consciente do seu tempo e de seu mundo, usando sua fama para ajudar e fazer o bem.
Vê-lo interpretar Requiem e Hana ni Nare é um presente, principalmente para quem está tão longe, a forma como ele se entrega é tocante.
Eu me arrepiei e me comovi, foi tudo tão dramático, intenso e compensador.
Yuzuru estava visivelmente emocionado e feliz, seu rosto transparecia a satisfação por estar usando de sua posição para ajudar o próximo.
Em minha opinião Yuzuru transformou duas ocorrências ruins e marcantes (seu acidente e o terremoto) em sentimentos e atos benéficos, usou essas experiências para amadurecer e se envolver ainda mais em causas humanitárias. 
Esse rapaz continua a me surpreender de forma positiva.
Sinto que ainda teremos coisas muito boas vindo dele.

This guy continues to surprise me positively.
I feel that we still have very good things from him.

É tocante ver o carinho e o respeito quer Yuzuru tem com as pessoas principalmente os mais velhos.

 São muitas informações chegando sobre o 24H TV especial  que esse post vai ficar um pouco longo .

Yuzuru participou ao vivo da transmissão e gravou duas apresentações,“Requiem of Heaven and Earth” e  “Hana ni Nare” com o coro “MJC ensemble” e Fumiya Sashida  ao piano.

As duas apresentações foram acompanhadas de perto por 100 espectadores, incluindo alguns habitantes de Fukushima, onde Yuzuru visitou abrigos temporários.

Yuzuru emocionou a todos com suas apresentações, levando a lágrimas quem estava na plateia, no estúdio de tv e assistindo pela televisão.
Foi uma apresentação forte, dramática e emocionante, graças a ajuda dos fãs de Yuzuru no Japão  todos nós podemos ver essas apresentações. Obrigada!
